The small footprints and even heights of the portions help moulded food reheat without becoming crusty and brittle, and keep meal plates from becoming overcrowded or intimidating.
The Half-Sphere Shape It Mould is a great way to serve sliced spheres like grapes, tomatoes for salads, falafels, or other finger-food snacks. Using either a 5-millilitre-serve or a 12-millilitre-serve Half-Sphere Shape It Mould, you can create texture-modified meals with a diversity of realistic food shapes, making it easier for people with cognition problems to recognise and enjoy their food.
